The main objective of HÓD PLAST Ltd. is to meet the expectations of its customers and other stakeholders through its products and services at the highest possible level, thus ensuring their satisfaction.

Our aim is to become the leading company in the domestic plastic packaging segment and to maintain this position in the long term. We are aware that responsible corporate behaviour is a fundamental condition for our long-term business development.

We want to be a reliable partner for our customers and suppliers.

It is our fundamental objective to ensure that the quality of our products, services and activities meet the requirements of our customers and comply with national and European Union regulations.

As a means to achieve these objectives, we have implemented our Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO 9001. We ensure its effective operation and continuous improvement, taking into account the needs of our stakeholders.

We monitor the expectations of our customers, partners and other stakeholders and their satisfaction with our products and services. We attach importance to the continuous improvement of our products in line with customer requirements. We incorporate lessons learned into our quality improvement activities.

The customer is at the centre of our activities. Our quality management system supports the company's business strategy, satisfies the needs and expectations of Beaver Plast Ltd. and its business partners, and ensures customer satisfaction.

We also expect our supplier partners to be committed to quality, to provide a high level of reliable service. Our quality management system covers the procurement of raw materials, warehousing, production and sale of products, maintenance of equipment that affects product quality.

Our technology is continuously improved and sustainable development is promoted.

To ensure sustainable development, we regularly evaluate our processes to ensure that we have the necessary resources and use them as efficiently as possible.

We analyse the risks arising from unexpected situations and, where justified, we introduce measures to reduce and prevent them in proportion to the risks.

Ensure that our Quality Policy is known, accepted and applied at all levels of our organisation. We continuously train our staff in accordance with the new requirements, and they contribute to the success of our company through their personal knowledge and responsibility.

We continuously improve the skills of our employees and evaluate their performance. We actively involve our employees in the operation and development of our Quality Management System.

The management of our company is committed to continuous quality improvement, provides the necessary conditions to achieve the objectives and actively participates in its management.
